  • Claim ownership of SlidePick assets
  • Use templates to create derivative stock assets or competing products
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or replicate the Website

6. Confidentiality

User data and identifiable information will be handled securely and not disclosed except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment

Fees must be paid upfront according to the chosen plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds follow the conditions defined in our Pricing Page FAQ:

  • 5-day money-back guarantee
  • Valid only if no template has been downloaded
  • Technical issues or duplicate charges may also qualify

9. Non-Transferability

You may not transfer, sublicense, or assign your license without written permission.

10. Violations

If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund.

11. Publicity Rights

We may list your company name or logo as a user of our services unless you request removal.
